Glasses Button

At this time, the digital design was often enjoyed. Both by the beginner and that has been expert. Techniques that were applied also various things.

In this article I wrote the techniques in making the vector design. I just tried this technique on July 21 2008. Did not care about this technique has been or not yet. And definitely still many other techniques that easier than this one. I was using the Corel Draw application to make the vector image.

I will make a glasses button. Pay attention to this technique:
1. Open the application.

2. Create a new page(file>new).

3. Create a square using "rectangle tool". Place it on the center of the page(just hit "P" button).

4. We will modifying it to rounded square. With "shape tool", create a curve on its corners. Just pull the node on its corner.

5. Write a word(or a sentence if you need :>) with "text tool". Again, place it on the center of the page. Give the gradation to a square(ex: red gradation) with this settings: type linier and angle 90 degrees.

6. activate the square and make it duplicated(ctrl+D). Then you need to resize it about 95% from the original size. Give white color for the duplicate.

7. Give the transparent effect from the menu effect>lens, To the window that appears choose Transparency, rate=75.

8. Create a new long square so as it divide the transparent square for a half. And choose the two squares(the new squares and the old one). click the "trim" button.

9. This is the glasses button we have create, or you can see another version on the page header
